General Terms
- Changes to the Service: The owner reserves the right to update, discontinue, or modify any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
- Service Availability: The service is provided "as is," and the owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Intellectual Property: All software, designs, and content provided by Bidayah remain the intellectual property of the owner. Merchants are granted limited, non-exclusive, and revocable access.
Merchant Responsibilities
- Compliance with Laws: Merchants are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including tax regulations.
- Product Listings: Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the products or services they list on their stores.
- Customer Disputes: Any disputes between merchants and their customers are the sole responsibility of the merchant. Bidayah does not mediate or resolve such disputes.
- Data Ownership: Merchants retain ownership of their store data but grant Bidayah permission to process it as necessary for providing the service.
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal or Harmful Content: Merchants are prohibited from using the service to sell illegal, harmful, or offensive goods or services.
- Service Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the service, including circumventing subscription limits or fraudulent activity, may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Payments and Refunds

Refund Policy:
- merchants are entitled to a refund within 15 days from the payment date, provided they have not requested refunds multiple times before with the intnent of manipulate.
- In case of a refund, the account will be banned and it will no longer be possible to log in to it again.

Subscription Downgrade Policy:
- If the subscription is active and has not yet expired, and the merchant wishes to downgrade their subscription type, 20% of the remaining period's value will be deducted, whether the subscription is monthly or yearly.
- No deduction will be applied if the subscription period has ended and the merchant wants to downgrade the subscription.
- A subscription downgrade can only be done once per year.
- Price Changes: The owner reserves the right to change subscription fees and pricing structures. Changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Termination and Suspension
- Account Termination: The owner may terminate or suspend merchant accounts for violations of terms, suspected fraud, or activities that harm the service.
- Data Retention Post-Termination: Upon account termination, Bidayah reserves the right to delete the merchant's data after a defined period unless required by law to retain it.
Limitation of Liability
- Liability Disclaimer: The owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
- No Guarantees: The owner does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, such as sales or profit generation, for merchants using the service.
Miscellaneous
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the service will be resolved under the laws of the specified governing jurisdiction.
- Force Majeure: The owner is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters or network outages.
- Privacy Policy: Merchants must review and accept the privacy policy governing how data is collected, processed, and stored.
- Changes to Terms: The terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
