The Bidayah platform offers many services and features that help you launch and manage your online store. We also provide some exclusive services that focus on the design and customization of your website (Theming) with high flexibility. You can change the appearance of elements in the site's interface individually, such as the cart, product details page, and even the customer's personal page. This eliminates the need for a dedicated programmer to handle HTML, CSS, and JS commands. Additionally, we add new designs based on customer requests. For example, if you have a specific product card design in mind, you can contact us and send the model, and we will design and add it to the platform—and so on.

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with details of the requested feature. Your request will be reviewed based on the number of merchants requesting the same feature to better meet your needs.

All platforms will be supported in the future based on customer requests and needs.

The subdomain is a domain that contains the store name followed by the Bidayah platform link, for example:
 https://bidayah.net/storename 
However, the full domain has the store's complete name without the Bidayah platform link, for example:
 https://storename.com 

1. Register the domain from domain registration sites like GoDaddy or Hostgator others.
2. Go to the DNS settings of the domain.
3. Add a new record of type A In the name field, write @ Then, in the address field, write The identifier shown in the app.
4. (Optional): Add a new record of type A In the name field, write www Then, in the address field, write The identifier shown in the app. Adds the ability to open the site if 'www' is written before the full domain like https://www.storename.com.
5. wait for 12-24 hours for the records to update.
6. Go to the control panel and click on Set Full Domain.
7. Enter the full domain in the designated field and click Test If you have configured the DNS correctly, a success message should appear. Otherwise, a failure message will appear.
8. Click Request Then wait for our team to complete the linking process, which usually takes about 24-48 hours.

You must first register on the payment gateway website to link your bank account to the gateway. After registration, the gateway will provide you with a private key that can be entered into the app, enabling the connection and activating electronic payments.
